The Handbook consists of four major sections, which include:
- Biblical principles for the focus and
conduct of both the discipler/counselor
and the disciple/counselee,
- A master plan for the ministry of biblical
discipleship / counseling, which is an outline
of the procedure to follow throughout the
discipleship/counseling process.
- Essential precepts for the training of the
biblical discipler/counselor, and
- Resource helps and forms for use in the
ministry of biblical discipleship / counseling.
These include guidelines for gathering
information during discipleship / counseling
meetings, completing homework
assignments for training in ministry, and
standards of conduct for biblical
discplers / counselors.
